Spent my easter weekend in this hotel and had a pleasant stay. Conveniently located in the heart of the city, it made it easy to explore the nearby attractions. The rooftop restaurant had a beautiful view of the city and the food was delicious. The staff was courteous and always ready to assist.

The room was in need of some upgrades. The paint was chipped in some places and the towels were a bit worn out.

The service at this hotel is perfect, absolutly the best hotel in Ambon city.

The strategic location ease us to go anywhere in the city. The ambience also ok, specially during the weekend.

The bathroom design is not appropriate (using curtain for shower bathroom, made the water splashing anywhere outside the shower cubicle --> slippery). It will be great if the hotel could add some additional hand towel and bath mat (we used the available one as the inside bathroom mat to absorb the splashed water from the shower)

I recently stayed at a hotel in the city center, providing me with close proximity to various restaurants and shops. Despite not being close to beaches, I found the location convenient. The room had a comfortable bed, which helped ensure a good night's sleep. the staff were efficient in checking me in and out, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of items.

The hotel lacked in responding to tourist-related issues, as they seemed inexperienced in handling lost luggage.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The room was well-maintained and had all the necessary amenities like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. The staff provided excellent service, from check-in to room service. They were always available to assist us and even arranged a car hire for us. The hotel also had great facilities such as a spa and wellness center, where we enjoyed relaxing massages. The on-site restaurant served delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options.

The check-in process was extremely slow and took almost an hour. The menu and taste of the food could be improved, and the breakfast area was quite small.
